Bids will be opened and read during the December 16, 2019 County Commission Work Session that begins at 5:00 p.m. No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Cook County Commissioners through Vicki Parrish, County Clerk, 1200 S. Hutchinson Ave., Adel, Georgia 31620 prior to the time set forth above. Bids arriving after the designated time and date will be returned unopened.
No bids shall be withdrawn for period of 60 days after the opening of bids. Cook County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to overlook and / or disregard informalities or irregularities in the proposals.
