Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 21-2-386(a)(3) and SEB RULE 183-1-14-0.9-.15, the Cook County Board of Elections will begin early processing and adjudication of paper absentee ballots cast during the November 2, 2021 City of Adel and Sparks Municipal Elections on:
Monday, October 25, 2021 from 9:00 am until complete.
The early processing of absentee ballots is open to the view of the public and will be conducted at the Cook County Administration Building at 1200 S Hutchinson Ave, Adel, GA 31620.
There will be no tallying of absentee votes cast until the polls are closed at 7:00 pm on Election Day.
Notice of Computation and Canvassing of Election Returns
Pursuant to O.C.G.A 21-2-492, notice is hereby given that the computation and canvassing of the returns of votes cast in the November 2, 2021 Adel and Sparks Municipal Elections will take place in the office of the Cook County Board of Elections located at the Cook County Administration Building, at 1200 S Hutchinson Ave, Adel, GA 31620, on November 3, 2021 beginning at 8:30 am.
